2. How long does a project take?
Most kitchen projects are completed within a week and most front doors, or medium fitted cabinetry within days.
Larger or more complex work is assessed on inspection, but the majority of projects are completed quickly and efficiently, without the disruption of traditional renovation work.
3. What areas do you cover?
We are based in Twickenham and work across West and South West London.

4. How much does it cost?
Kitchen and fitted cabinetry projects are priced based on size, condition, and finish requirements.
After an in person consultation, you will receive a fixed detailed quote tailored to your project.

5. What is included in your kitchen packages?
For kitchens and fitted cabinetry, we offer three levels of service:
Essential
A refined exterior finish covering doors and drawer fronts.
Signature
Includes all exterior surfaces with enhanced detailing for a more elevated finish.
Bespoke
A complete transformation including interiors, shelving, and full detailed refinishing.
Signature is our most requested service.
6. Can you spray gloss or vinyl wrapped kitchens?
Yes. We regularly work with gloss, laminate, and vinyl wrapped kitchens.
These are fully de coated and professionally prepared before being refinished using specialist adhesion systems to ensure a durable, long lasting result.
7. How long does a kitchen take?
Kitchen transformations are typically completed within a week.
This includes preparation, repair where required, priming, and multiple coats of finish.
We aim to minimise disruption while maintaining the highest level of detail and finish quality.
8. What colours can I choose from?
We offer over 50,000 colours from leading brands including Farrow & Ball, Little Greene, Dulux, and Benjamin Moore.
We also provide a bespoke colour matching service for fully customised finishes.
9. Do you guarantee your work?
Yes. All work is covered by a 2 year workmanship guarantee.
This covers issues related to adhesion, peeling, and finish failure under normal household use.
It does not cover damage caused by impact, misuse, harsh cleaning products, heat damage, or general wear outside of normal domestic care.
This ensures the finish is protected when used as intended, while maintaining fair use conditions.
10. What are the benefits of spray refinishing?

11. Do you offer colour consultations?
Yes. We provide an at home colour consultation service.
After booking, you will receive a curated colour brochure by email along with sample materials delivered to your home.
This allows you to view colours in your own space before final selection.
12. Do I need to prepare my space?
Yes. A preparation guide is provided before your start date.
This includes clearing surfaces and preparing access depending on your service level.
Proper preparation ensures a smooth and efficient process.
13. Can you repair damaged surfaces?
Yes. We regularly restore damaged cabinetry and surfaces including water damage, peeling finishes, and general wear.
Each surface is carefully prepared and refinished to achieve a consistent, high quality result.
14. Do you spray walls and tiles?
Yes. We can refinish interior walls, tiles, splashbacks, and selected architectural surfaces to create a cohesive finish throughout your space.
15. Do you offer worktop replacement or appliance installation?
No. We do not carry out worktop replacement or appliance installation.
We focus exclusively on surface refinishing and cabinet transformation to ensure specialist quality in our field.
16. Can I reschedule my project?
Yes, with a minimum of 4 weeks notice.
Your deposit is transferable and one date change is permitted.
17. How do I maintain the finish?
Clean using a soft cloth and mild detergent only.
Avoid abrasive materials, scouring pads, or harsh chemical cleaners.
Wipe spills promptly to maintain the finish over time.
18. Is your process environmentally friendly?
Yes. By refinishing existing structures rather than replacing them, we significantly reduce waste and environmental impact.
