Guarantee Terms

This guarantee applies to all work carried out by West London Sprays and forms part of your service agreement.

By proceeding with your booking, you confirm that you have read and accepted the terms outlined below.

1. Our guarantee

We provide a 2 year workmanship guarantee on all completed refinishing work.

This covers defects directly related to application, including:

Peeling or delamination of coating
Failure of adhesion under normal use
Premature breakdown of finish under standard domestic conditions

If a valid issue arises within this period, we will assess and rectify the affected area where appropriate.

2. What is not covered

Our guarantee does not cover the following:

Damage caused by impact, knocks, or accidental force
Scratches, chips, or abrasions caused by daily use
Heat damage or exposure to high temperatures
Water damage, steam damage, or prolonged moisture exposure
Damage caused by harsh, abrasive, or inappropriate cleaning products
Modifications, repairs, or alterations carried out by a third party
General wear and tear over time

The finish is designed for normal domestic use when properly cared for.

3. Care and maintenance responsibility

To maintain the integrity of your finish, you are responsible for ensuring it is cleaned and maintained correctly.

We recommend:

Soft cloths only for cleaning
Mild, non abrasive cleaning products
Prompt removal of spills or stains
Avoidance of scrubbing pads, bleach, or strong solvents

Failure to follow appropriate care guidance may invalidate your guarantee.

4. Assessment of claims

All guarantee claims are subject to inspection by West London Sprays.

We reserve the right to determine whether an issue falls within the scope of workmanship or outside influences.

If the issue is confirmed as workmanship related, we will arrange a suitable repair.

If the issue is determined to be outside of guarantee coverage, any remedial work will be chargeable.

5. Access for remedial work

Where remedial work is approved under guarantee, access must be provided within a reasonable timeframe.

We are not responsible for delays where access cannot be reasonably arranged.

6. Transferability

This guarantee applies only to the original client and original installation address unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Limitation of guarantee

This guarantee applies solely to the refinished surfaces completed by West London Sprays.

It does not extend to existing structures, fittings, hinges, hardware, or materials not refinished by us.

8. Fair use principle

This guarantee is provided on the basis of fair and reasonable domestic use.

It is designed to protect against workmanship issues, not general maintenance, environmental conditions, or lifestyle related wear.

9. Final note

We take great pride in the quality and durability of our work.

This guarantee exists to give you confidence in the finish provided, while ensuring the integrity of the system is maintained when used as intended.
